Louis Tedesco

Louis joined American Industrial Partners in 2012 and is a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer of the firm, where he plays a key role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction and overseeing the finance and accounting functions. Prior to joining AIP, he worked at Morgan Stanley as a Manager of Private Equity Controllers. Earlier in his career, he worked at KPMG as a Senior Associate in the Audit – Financial Services practice.

Louis holds a dual B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. (with highest distinction) with concentrations in Corporate Finance and Strategy from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
