Carter Rose

Carter joined American Industrial Partners in 2025 and is an operations-focused professional on the Investment Team, responsible for the development and implementation of portfolio company operating initiatives. Prior to joining AIP, he held roles in supply chain operations and FP&A at Baker Hughes.

Carter holds a B.S. (cum laude) in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University.
