Joined American Industrial Partners in 2023. Prior to joining AIP, Ms. Tam previously spent over seven years at Platinum Equity where she was a Principal on the Business Development team. Prior to that, Ms. Tam was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in Leveraged Finance and at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Financial Sponsors group. Ms. Tam graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
