Natalie Wong

Natalie joined American Industrial Partners in 2025 and is Legal Counsel for the firm. Prior to joining AIP, she was a Senior Director of M&A Legal at Booking Holdings. Earlier in her career, she was a Corporate Associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

Natalie holds an LL.B. (First Class with honors) from the London School of Economics & Political Science and a J.D. of Law from Columbia Law School, where she was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
