Reimar Weissbach

Reimar joined American Industrial Partners in 2025 and is an operations-focused professional on the Investment Team, responsible for the development and implementation of portfolio company operating initiatives. Prior to joining AIP, he was a Strategy Consultant at Siemens, where he led digital strategy and organizational transformation projects.

Reimar holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, a B.S. in Management and Technology, and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich. He also earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
