Stan Edme

Stan joined American Industrial Partners in 2009 and is a Partner and Chief Compliance Officer of the firm. Prior to joining AIP, he was the Chief Financial Officer of AFI Partners Management. Previously, he was a Vice President of Finance at Auda Private Equity and a Manager of Private Equity Controllers at Morgan Stanley, where he was responsible for the accounting, financial reporting, and tax filings of the Morgan Stanley Capital Partners funds.

Stan holds a B.S. in Accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
