Sunny Li

Sunny joined American Industrial Partners in 2018 and is a Partner on the Investment Team, responsible for transaction sourcing, underwriting, and execution. Prior to joining AIP, she was an Analyst in the Global Industrials Group at Morgan Stanley, advising industrial clients on M&A and financing transactions. She joined Morgan Stanley as a Credit Analyst where she underwrote lending transactions in the industrial and transportation sectors.

Sunny holds a B.A. (with honors) in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from University of Oxford, where she was a Choral Scholar, and an M.A. in International Relations and International Economics from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
