Remi Riou

Remi joined American Industrial Partners in 2026 and is a Partner on the Investment Team responsible for the development and implementation of portfolio company operating initiatives. Prior to joining AIP, he was an Operating Partner at Oneida Partners, where he partnered with private equity firms and portfolio companies on operational due diligence, value creation, and business transformations. Most recently, he served as Senior Operating Advisor to AIP, working with Grain & Protein Technologies and Boart Longyear. Before that, Remi spent nearly a decade at ITT Inc., where he held several senior leadership positions in Transformation & Digitalization, Advanced Materials, Fine Blanking, and Motion Technologies. Earlier in his career, he held CFO and operational leadership roles at Orangina Schweppes and Valeo.

Remi holds a Master of Finance from the European Business School Paris and a European Executive MBA from ESCP Business School.
