Adam Traina

Adam joined American Industrial Partners in 2026 and is a Partner on the Investment Team, where he is responsible for the development and implementation of portfolio company operating initiatives, with a specific focus on AI. Prior to joining AIP, he held roles in operations research, software, and process innovation engineering at Symbotic and Raytheon Technologies.

Adam holds a B.A. in Engineering Sciences and an M.S. in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University. He also holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
