David Woodruff

David joined American Industrial Partners in 2020 and is a Partner on the Investment Team, responsible for the development and implementation of portfolio company operating initiatives. Prior to joining AIP, he was an Engineering Vice President at The Aquila Group, leading the design and construction of building infrastructure projects.

David holds a B.S. (with honors) in Engineering Physics from Queens University, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and an M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management.
