Prior to forming AIP in 2005, the AIP professionals at that time worked at another advisor operating with the same name (the “Former Advisor”). The Former Advisor continued as a separate organization with the founders thereof continuing as general partners and retaining legal responsibility for AIPCF III. AIPCF III investment information is included only those investments by AIPCF III that were managed by the current General Partners of AIP who were primarily responsible for such investment outcomes. Such investment information does not include information for any AIPCF III investments that were managed by professionals who were members of the Former Advisor and primarily responsible for such investment outcomes, but are not members of the AIP Team.
