Previously served as Partner and Co-Head of the Private Equity Industry Group at Ropes & Gray LLP, focusing on private equity M&A, fundraising, and firm formation and governance. Mr. Evans graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College with a BA in Economics, and graduated magna cum laude with a JD from Harvard Law School.
