Justin Fish

Justin joined American Industrial Partners in 2012 and is a Managing Partner of the firm, where he plays a key role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction, evaluating investment opportunities, and overseeing transformational operational improvements across the portfolio. Prior to joining AIP, he was an Investment Associate at Chilton Investment Company. Previously he held a variety of financial, supply chain, and operational roles at Lear Corporation, including an extended expatriate assignment based in Shanghai, China.

Justin holds a B.A. (with high honors) in Finance from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
