Jennifer Cho Rinehart

Jen joined American Industrial Partners in 2026 and is a Partner focused on capital development and investor engagement. Jen leads the shaping and building of the firm’s global investor base. Prior to joining AIP, Jen was a founder and CEO of Acalyx Advisors, a specialized, independent financial advisory and private placement firm. Earlier in her career, Jen was a Managing Partner at MVision Private Equity Advisers and worked in the investment banking division at Merrill Lynch.

Jen holds a B.A. in Ethics, Politics and Economics from Yale University.
