Jordan Ransom

Jordan joined American Industrial Partners in 2024 and is a Director on the Capital Markets Team, responsible for financing strategy and execution for AIP portfolio companies. Prior to joining AIP, he was a Director in the Credit Solutions Group at KKR, where he originated and executed direct lending and syndicated capital markets solutions. Jordan began his career at Morgan Stanley in Global Leveraged Finance, covering Industrials, Business Services, and Basic Materials.

Jordan holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
