Justin Antony

Justin joined American Industrial Partners in 2026 and is an operations-focused professional on the Investment Team, responsible for the development and implementation of portfolio company operating initiatives. Prior to joining AIP, he was with Tenex Capital Management, where he focused on value creation across industrials and business services portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, he held executive roles across a variety of private equity-backed and public industrial companies, including Novolex, Rohrer Corporation, Cenveo, and RR Donnelley.

Justin holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a M.S. in Operations Management and Industrial Technology from Illinois Institute of Technology.
