Eric Baroyan

Eric joined American Industrial Partners in 2004 and is a Partner on the Investment Team, where he plays a key role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction and is responsible for transaction sourcing, underwriting, and execution. Prior to joining AIP, he was an Associate at Capital Z Financial Services Partners, a private equity firm focused on the financial services industry. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Investment Banking Division of Salomon Smith Barney.

Eric holds a B.S. (magna cum laude) in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Southern California.
