Kaitlyn Nealon

Kaitlyn joined American Industrial Partners in 2018 and is a Partner on the Investment Team, where she is responsible for the development and implementation of portfolio company operating initiatives. Prior to joining AIP, she held various product development and R&D engineering roles at Amgen and MẌ Orthopedics, a medical device startup.

Kaitlyn holds a B.S. and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
