Maddie Schwab

Maddie joined American Industrial Partners in 2025 and is a Vice President on the Investor Relations Team. Prior to joining AIP, she was a Vice President of Investor Relations and Product Management at Ares Management. Earlier in her career, she worked in Investor Relations at Pine Brook Partners. Maddie began her career as an Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Credit Suisse.

Maddie holds a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University.
