Mel Singer

Mel joined American Industrial Partners in 2025 and is the Human Resources Manager. Prior to joining AIP, she was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Related Companies, where she led strategic HR initiatives and oversaw all aspects of the employee life cycle. Mel began her career as a Talent Acquisition Executive at JBC Holdings.

Mel holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan. She is a SHRM Certified Professional.
