Ricardo Iglesias

Ricardo joined American Industrial Partners in 2022 and is a Partner on the Investment Team, where he is responsible for the development and implementation of portfolio company operating initiatives. Prior to joining AIP, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of The Brock Group, and the Chief Financial Officer of Engineered Transportation International, both AIP portfolio companies. Previously, Ricardo held various leadership positions in Business Development, Finance, and Operations, in Europe, Mexico, and the U.S., for the automotive and aerospace business segments of Honeywell International. He served as CFO, and subsequently Operations Leader of the Commercial Vehicles division of Honeywell Turbo Technologies (now Garrett Motion: GTX), where he led the lean transformation of the business and was the recipient of the CEO Award. Previously, he served as the Chair of the Board of the Stanford Business School Fund.

Ricardo holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
