Rick Hoffman

Rick joined American Industrial Partners in 2008 and is a Partner on the Investment Team, responsible for transaction sourcing, underwriting, and execution. Prior to joining AIP, he worked in the Leveraged Finance Origination investment banking group at Merrill Lynch, where he participated in the origination and execution of leveraged loan, high-yield bond, and mezzanine financing transactions for private equity and corporate issuers across a range of industries.

Rick holds a B.S. (magna cum laude) in Finance and Accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
